  1. Derive the relationship for moisture content wet basis Mwb as a function of moisture content dry basis, Mdb.
  2. You used a 1.003 g aluminum pan in the lab to measure the moisture content of a sample of corn. The mass of the corn and pan was 8.367 g before drying. After drying for 24 hours at 100 C, the mass of the pan and dry corn was 6.823 g. What was the wet and dry basis moisture content of this sample?
