Outcomes consistent with each objective and subproject have been listed in Section 6.0 Research Methods. The publications identified within this section along with precision agriculture educational materials developed in parallel with this project will be combined into a single handbook publication. It is the goal of participating researchers to develop a handbook with integrated software tools to foster the development and adoption of precision agriculture practices in Kentucky. This package will be delivered to producers in both electronic and paper formats. A natural extension of the handbook concept will be the development of a web page. Research findings and educational materials developed in cooperation with this project will published on the World Wide Web to insure immediate availability. All of the outcomes of the project will share a central focus of guiding Kentucky producers in the adoption and use of precision technologies in their operations, as well as the cost and environmental benefits of doing so.
