Do the Bike Thing!
The 4-H bicycle project was the 7th highest enrolled program for 2001. Kentucky 4-H members learned about bicycles in classrooms, clubs, project groups, health fairs, and bike rodeos. Seventy-two counties provided 1000 helmets through bicycle helmet programs. Kentucky 4-H will reach thousands of kids in the future through bicycling and walking programs.
