  • All the animal waste produced on the farm is to be utilized and incorporated as an alternative nutrient supply.  This includes all the sheep, cattle, and swine waste that is produced on the farm.

Nutrient Content was calculated based on NRCS guidelines for number of animal units present on the farm.  This is a rough estimate of the nutrients that were applied to the land.  Nitrogen losses were also calculated from the NRCS guidelines.  For NRCS guidelines used click here (chapter 4).  Click here to see animal units used for calculating nutrients.
